About Us
Dave Dacosta has lived in the Okanagan since 2005. He has been in the construction industry for over 17 years and has owned and operated the Okanagan’s largest siding company for over 12 years.
In 2012, he founded DTD Developments Ltd. and has been building high quality custom and spec homes since. Dave maintains long term relationships with customers, suppliers, trades people and other industry professionals and realizes the mutual value of doing so. His passion for the industry and entrepreneurial spirit can be seen in all the projects he does and the businesses he runs.
He has been active in coaching and supporting his 3 kids in numerous sports, school, and community events, while also sponsoring other children’s teams in the community.
