DTD Group was founded in 2012, beginning as a trusted builder of high quality custom and spec homes. Since then we have developed a strong reputation based on long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, trades people and other industry professionals. At DTD we realize the mutual value of doing so.

DTD Group was founded by Dave Dacosta who has lived in the Okanagan since 2005. He has been in the construction industry for over 17 years and has owned and operated the Okanagan’s largest siding company for over 12 years.
